Enrollment Specialist

Description We are seeking an organized Enrollment Coordinator to support client re-enrollment processes. This role involves re-engaging clients, collecting and submitting required documentation, maintaining accurate records, and providing ongoing support to ensure program compliance and client success. Responsibilities:

+ Recruit and re-enroll clients into a work program. + Maintain consistent communication with clients following re-enrollment. + Collect and organize required documentation from clients on a quarterly basis. + Ensure timely and accurate submission of all paperwork to meet program requirements. + Provide support and guidance to clients throughout the re-enrollment process. + Monitor client progress and address any concerns or questions as needed. + Maintain accurate client records and update them regularly. Requirements

• Proven experience in handling inbound and outbound customer calls.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software or similar tools.
• High level of attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Problem-solving skills with the ability to address customer concerns effectively.
• A customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering excellent service.
