Permanency Specialist

Family Care for Children & Youth, Inc. is seeking a motivated Permanency Specialist who delivers high-quality adoption services in a social work setting. We are seeking an individual who enjoys collaboration, excels at team building, has strong writing skills, is creative, and possesses excellent networking skills. The Permanency Specialist's role is to deliver quality services with resource parents and clients in the West Lawn, PA area. The Permanency Specialist works collaboratively with the Statewide Adoption Network to help children in the foster care system understand their permanency journey. Ready to make a difference? REQUIREMENTS

The Permanency Specialist position requires a bachelor's degree in the human services field, a valid Pennsylvania driver's license, and work eligibility under current Pennsylvania legal and regulatory requirements. A Permanency Specialist must demonstrate an ability to understand, accept, and implement agency philosophy and policies: an ability to form appropriate relationships to work successfully with adults and children from a variety of backgrounds; to promote, encourage, and participate in teamwork efforts; and have an ability to solve problems in a resourceful and appropriate way. This position requires the ability and willingness to learn and develop professionally.

STARTING SALARY RANGE

(Dependent upon experience): $37,500.00-$37,700.00 We offer excellent benefits packages including paid holidays Certain benefit
