Job description Patient Enrollment Specialist (Part-Time, Immediate Start) About Us Nabi Health is a fast-growing digital health platform helping people access high-quality eating disorder care covered by insurance. We match patients with registered dietitians and help them get scheduled quickly and compassionately. We're hiring a Part-Time Patient Enrollment Specialist who is diligent, organized, and confident on the phone. This role has a direct impact on getting patients into care, and we're looking to fill it immediately. Role Overview As a Part-Time Patient Enrollment Specialist, you will run high-volume outbound calls and texts to prospective patients, schedule their first appointment, answer questions about our program, and guide them through enrollment. We're looking for someone who is sharp, diligent, and stays on top of every follow-up, and who can start right away. What You'll Do Make a high volume of outbound calls and texts to patients each shift Schedule first appointments and follow up consistently Document every touchpoint accurately Explain our program clearly and compassionately Navigate common questions or concerns Coordinate closely with the care team for smooth patient handoff What We're Looking For Available to start immediately Diligent, detail-oriented, and proactive, someone who stays on top of every lead and follow-up Comfortable with high-volume outbound calling Strong communicator with warm and confident energy Experience in a phone-based role (healthcare, intakes, enrollment, call center, customer support, admissions, aesthetics, etc.) Sales experience is a plus Reliable and organized, with clear personal systems for managing your work Available for a consistent part-time schedule, with flexibility across morning, afternoon, or evening shifts (some weekend availability is a bonus) Who Will Thrive in This Role This role is a strong fit for someone who genuinely enjoys sales-oriented work, thrives in a remote environment, and excels at independent execution. The ideal candidate is self-directed and self-managed, able to maintain consistent productivity, organization, and follow-through without close oversight.
