As an organization stretching across Ohio and Indiana, we have over 1000 committed and compassionate employees working in multiple impact areas. The Access Specialist serves as the organization's first point of contact. This is a remote position in Indiana and the ability to be on call is required. The incumbent is responsible for managing and directing all incoming calls, scheduling assessment appointments and intakes, and managing referrals for new clients in Indiana's various behavioral health programs.
