BILINGUAL LEGAL INTAKE SPECIALIST

Your Responsibilities Will Include- Ability to establish rapport and relationships through effective communication Handle different types of situations and conversations, driving towards a resolution Be self-motivated with strong communication skills that brings energy and passion to the team Answer questions and provide possible solutions to deepen understanding and build confidence with our clients Provide strategic sales support by offering potential clients solutions and addressing their needs Build and foster potential client relations through managing multiple potential clients' situations, needs, and inquiries on an ongoing basis Demonstrate strong and concise verbal and written communication with potential clients and team members Ability to work independently and effectively as part of a team Multi-tasking while remaining detail-oriented Your Qualifications & Skills•Experience in client service or sales support roles preferred Strong client service skills with ability to anticipate and resolve problems with own initiative Excellent verbal and written communication skills Personal Injury or Claims experience is a plus, but not required Professional in appearance and behavior High School Diploma or GED required College degree or professional certification preferred Bilingual required (English and Spanish) Your Job Type / Schedule•Full-Time Tier II•Variable 8-hour shift schedules (must be available nights and weekends) Your Work Location•Dallas, TX 75244
