Up to USD $24,000 annually Position Summary The Country Manager/Senior Enrollment Specialist - Vietnam will lead the University's enrollment growth in Vietnam. This position will oversee agent network expansion, develop market strategies, manage key partnerships, and lead high-level recruitment initiatives while directly contributing to enrollment targets. This role requires a highly experienced professional who is based in Ho Chi Minh City and has a well-established, high-performing agent network across Vietnam, particularly in Ho Chi Minh City . Key Responsibilities Strategic Agent & Market Leadership (70%) Develop and execute Vietnam recruitment strategy aligned with institutional goals. Utilize and expand a strong existing agent network, particularly in Ho Chi Minh City. Identify and onboard high-quality new agents and institutional partners. Conduct advanced agent training, performance reviews, and strategy sessions. Strengthen relationships with key stakeholders including feeder schools and sponsors. Analyze market trends and competitor positioning. Direct Recruitment & Market Expansion (30%) Lead major recruitment events, seminars, and institutional presentations. Engage directly with high-potential students and sponsors. Represent the University in high-level institutional meetings. Drive conversion strategies to increase enrollment yield. Additional Leadership Responsibilities Develop annual recruitment and marketing plans with measurable KPIs. Manage recruitment budgets and activity planning. Build relationships with Education USA, the Ministry of Education, international schools, and sponsors. Support alumni engagement and ambassador initiatives. Ensure compliance with evolving regulatory frameworks. Travel Requirements Frequent regional travel across Vietnam (50-60% during peak seasons). Occasional international travel to the U.S. or regional conferences. Must have a valid passport. Mandatory Qualifications 4+ years of experience in international higher education recruitment Very strong and proven agent network in Vietnam, especially in Ho Chi Minh City Must be currently based in Ho Chi Minh City Excellent communication and presentation skills. Understands and adapts to US cultural norms as part of the working environment Fluency in Vietnamese and English required Flexible to US work hours and ability to meet early morning/late night Proven ability to meet recruitment targets and drive performance Must have experience in working with agents and have an extensive network Must work independently and provide input and direction for strategic planning and execution Team player Flexible to US work hours and the ability to meet early morning/late night.
