Maximus is currently hiring Enrollment and Eligibility Team Leaders to support the Missouri Surge Support Project. This is a remote opportunity and open to candidates with previous Arkansas Eligibility Support (AR ES) experience. The Team Lead will be responsible for assisting Supervisors in multiple areas, addressing system related issues, coaching and development of Enrollment Specialist, Quality Control task monitoring, addressing questions verbally and in written form, pulling reports and attendance tracking. The six-month in role eligibility requirement has been waived for this position.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Support the supervisor by overseeing the performance of assigned staff and offering input as needed. Conduct training sessions and evaluate staff performance as directed by the supervisor. Contribute to the development and upkeep of processes and procedures within the team. Foster effective relationships across departments for seamless collaboration. Facilitate meetings when necessary to ensure productive communication within the team. Ensure staff members maintain up-to-date knowledge of the program. Provide the supervisor with comprehensive updates on various operational aspects including quality, training, policies, procedures, staff issues, case determinations, and appeals activity. Act as the subject matter expert in verifying and researching documentation. Draft or revise training materials and procedural documentation. Serve as a facilitator and team leader, delegating tasks and providing guidance and training in specialized areas. Manage difficult communications with external contacts for escalated matters. Demonstrate autonomy in determining methods and procedures for new assignments. Conduct quality assurance checks on team members work to maintain high standards.- Trouble shoot system issues for Maximus and Department of Social Services systems. Answer inquiries through Microsoft Teams. Minimum Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required and 6 years of relevant professional experience required, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 2 years of Arkansas Eligibility Support (AR ES) program experience. Must be willing and able to work 8:00am-5:00pm CST, Monday
