Job Description

Existing Patient Eligibility Specialist (Remote) | Texas Dental & Braces At Texas Dental & Braces, we're on a mission to be the best place to work, period. We're looking for a detail-oriented Existing Patient Eligibility Specialist to join our remote Revenue Cycle Management team. If you have a solid background in dental insurance and enjoy working in a structured, supportive environment, we'd love to hear from you. Compensation & Schedule $18/hour Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm Full-time, remote What You'll Be Doing Verifying dental insurance eligibility and benefits for existing patients across assigned practices Completing eligibility checks 3 to 5 days ahead of scheduled appointments Updating and documenting patient insurance information accurately in practice management software Resolving insurance discrepancies and flagging complex issues when needed Making sure fee schedules, fees, and frequencies are correct for all plans Tagging appointments once verification is complete Communicating with offices and departments through Slack, email, and phone Maintaining HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality at all times Attending required team meetings
