E&T / WIOA
) Identify participant eligibility for SNAP E&T, WIOA, and other funding streams Understand Skilled US funding models and adapt enrollment strategy accordingly Ensure participants are aligned with programs they qualify for financially and programmatically Cross-Team Collaboration Work closely with recruitment teams to improve lead quality Coordinate with coaching and partnership teams to ensure smooth handoffs Provide real-time feedback on program demand, participant trends, and barriers Required Qualifications 2+ years in admissions, enrollment, workforce development, or sales-like roles Proven ability to convert leads into outcomes Strong communication and relationship-building skills Comfortable working in a metrics-driven, fast-paced environment Experience with SNAP E&T, WIOA, or similar programs preferred Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting adult education, workforce development, or community-based training programs. Experience supporting events, enrollment activities, or intake processes. Familiarity with participant-centered or trauma-informed service environments. Bilingual (preferred but not required).
