Full Job Description Intake Specialist Pay :
$50,000+ depending on experience
Description :
We are a well-established, fast‑growing personal injury law firm dedicated to advocating for injured clients with compassion, skill, and tenacity. Our team values professionalism, collaboration, and a client‑first mindset. We are seeking an Intake Specialist who can hit the ground running and contribute meaningfully to our clients' cases by being their first point of contact with the firm. Job Responsibilities Conduct thorough intake interviews with prospective clients to screen cases against our firm's criteria and gather all required information Guide new clients through the onboarding process with warmth, empathy, and professionalism, including obtaining all intake paperwork and executed representation agreements Manage a high volume of inbound inquiries with accuracy and care, ensuring no potential client falls through the cracks Maintain detailed, organized records in our case management system Communicate clearly and regularly with clients, keeping them informed and reassured throughout the intake process Collaborate closely with attorneys and staff to ensure a smooth handoff from intake to active case management Handle sensitive client information with confidentiality and professionalism at all times Qualifications Exceptional communication skills — ability to connect with people who are hurt, anxious, or overwhelmed and put them at ease Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail Ability to work calmly and efficiently under pressure in a high-volume environment Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and reliable follow-through Proficiency with computers and the ability to learn case management software quickly Prior experience in a legal setting is a plus, but candidates with strong customer service or office backgrounds are encouraged to apply
Compensation & Benefits Salary:
