We're growing our team and looking for licensed Health producers who want more than a job — who want a long-term career with a company that invests in them from day one. The Opportunity We're hiring 3 Licensed Health Insurance Producers to join our remote team. This is a salaried role with performance bonuses, not a commission-only gig — we want producers who can build real expertise and real client relationships without worrying about whether this month's paycheck covers rent. If you're newly licensed and looking for a place to grow into a career, not just churn through leads, this is built for you. What You'll Do Consult with prospective clients to understand their Medicare insurance needs Present and explain coverage options clearly, honestly, and in plain language Guide clients through the application and enrollment process Maintain accurate records in our CRM and stay current on policy and compliance changes Build trust as a competent advisor by diligently following up Participate in ongoing training to deepen product knowledge and sales skills What We're Looking For Active Health insurance license (required) Strong communication skills — you can explain complex things simply Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote setting Coachable and accountable, with a genuine interest in long-term growth in the insurance industry Reliable high-speed internet and a quiet, dedicated home office space No prior sales experience required — we'll train the right person Compensation & Benefits Base salary: $45,000- 65,000/year (commensurate with licensing and readiness) Performance bonus: Based on mutually agreed upon targets related to customer satisfaction and other metrics Company-provided laptop and equipment Remote role- first three weeks of training on site in Orlando, FL.
