Pay:
$18.00/hour to start — Pay increase after 90 day contract

8am-5pm About the Role MedHab is seeking a Remote Patient Enroller to support a new programs being launched. This role is responsible for enrolling patients into care management programs through a combination of remote outreach and kiosk-based workflows. This individual will serve as the first point of contact for patients, guiding them through enrollment, building trust, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience into Chronic Care Management (CCM), Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM), and related services. While this is a remote position, candidates located in the Dallas-Fort Worth area (or within Texas) are strongly preferred to allow for in-person training and operational support if needed. As we expand and grow our clientele, we need more hands on deck to help with packaging and shipping processes. This individual will from time-to-time help in the central office with anything from packaging, testing/cleaning devices, shipping, charging devices, etc. This is meaningful, patient-facing work that directly impacts engagement, compliance, and long-term health outcomes. What You Will Do Conduct patient enrollment interactions via phone and kiosk-supported workflows Communicate clearly and compassionately Guide patients through program enrollment, consent, and expectations Build trust and establish strong first impressions with patients Explain care management services in a simple, confident manner Follow structured scripts, workflows, and compliance protocols Accurately document all enrollment activity in MedHab systems Identify and escalate patient concerns or barriers to participation Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful patient onboarding Support ongoing patient engagement when needed post-enrollment Meet productivity and quality standards while maintaining a high-quality patient experience Required Qualifications Fluency in English Experience working with adult or elderly patients, particularly those with chronic conditions Experience in a medical office, call center, care coordination, or similar healthcare setting Ability to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision Strong communication and active listening skills Comfortable guiding patients through structured processes and scripts Proficiency with computers and web-based systems Reliable high-speed internet and a quiet, professional home workspace Preferred Qualifications Experience with CCM, RPM, RTM, or care management programs Prior experience with patient enrollment or onboarding workflows Experience working with culturally diverse patient populations Key Traits for Success Compassionate and patient-focused Professional, dependable, and consistent Detail-oriented and accurate in documentation Organized and efficient with time and workflows Calm and confident when guiding patients Self-motivated and accountable in a remote environment Comfortable working across language and cultural differences Adaptable in a fast-growing organization Work Environment & Schedule Semi remote, U.S.-based role Strong preference for candidates located in DFW or Texas Must be able to work full time Daily use of computer, headset, and VoIP systems Requires a professional home office setup Occasional in-person training may be required Compensation $18/hour starting pay Increase pay after successful 90-day onboarding period Structured onboarding, training, and performance expectations Why Join MedHab?
