What You'll Do:
As a Member Solutions Specialist, your day will include: Welcoming members with warmth and a service-first mindset. Listening actively to understand members' needs and provide tailored solutions. Assisting members with delinquent accounts by creating repayment plans and offering guidance. Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with regulations. Collaborating with internal teams to resolve member concerns. When necessary, managing repossession or foreclosure processes with professionalism and care. Upholding our values in every interaction because people always come first.
Your Experience Includes:
Education:
High School diploma or GED.
Experience:
1-2 years of related experience in collections, member service, or a related field.
Skills:
Clear, professional communication-written and verbal. Skilled at analyzing situations and developing practical solutions for members. Ability to create repayment plans and negotiate terms with empathy and professionalism. Passion for building relationships and delivering member-focused solutions. Ability to interpret regulations and simplify technical information. Accurate record-keeping and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Expected Starting Salary Range:
$21.75 - $26.00 per hour based on experience beyond what is required of the role and geographic location.
