We are a growing, relationship-centered pediatric and wellness practice seeking a highly organized, personable, and driven Intake Specialist to be the first point of connection for new families. This role blends client experience, marketing, and light sales/management, and is ideal for someone who loves people, communication, and helping a mission-driven practice grow. Primary Responsibilities Serve as the first contact for prospective families by phone, text, email, and website inquiries Guide new patients through onboarding and membership enrollment Clearly communicate practice philosophy, services, and programs Track leads, conversions, and intake flow Support marketing efforts including social media coordination, outreach, events, and follow-up Help nurture prospective families who are considering joining Maintain organized intake systems and CRM or patient records Coordinate with clinical and administrative teams to ensure smooth onboarding Identify opportunities to improve patient experience and practice growth Ideal Candidate Warm, confident communicator who builds trust easily Strong organizational and follow-through skills Comfortable discussing services, value, and pricing with families Marketing mindset with understanding of relationship-based growth Sales or client conversion experience preferred but not pushy, relationship-driven Self-starter who takes ownership and thinks proactively Detail oriented and comfortable with technology Healthcare, wellness, pediatric, or DPC experience is a plus Key Traits We Value Compassionate and people-first Professional but personable Growth-minded Organized and reliable Positive, calm, and solutions-focused Position Type Full-time or Part-time, flexible based on candidate
