(Spanish/English) Taytac Insurance is looking for an energetic and customer-focused Bilingual Sales & Office Assistant to help support and grow our Florida health insurance operations, especially within the Spanish-speaking community.
Location:
Boca Raton, FL Hybrid Position:
10 hours/week in office
10 hours/week remote work Part-Time
Approximately 20 hours/week (Additional hours available during Open Enrollment season: October 15
December 31)
Primary Focus of This Role:
This position is more sales and customer-relations oriented, helping Spanish-speaking clients understand and enroll into health insurance plans.
Responsibilities:
Communicating with Spanish-speaking clients by phone, text, and email Following up with leads and prospective customers Assisting clients with basic health insurance questions Scheduling appointments and collecting required documents Updating CRM and customer information Supporting enrollment and renewal processes Helping generate new business and referrals
Requirements:
Fluent in both Spanish and English Strong communication and people skills Comfortable speaking with customers and following up on leads Organized and detail-oriented Basic computer and online system skills Sales experience is a plus Health Insurance License preferred
