  • Contribute to meaningful work that directly impacts patients and their caregivers. What's a typical day as Patient Support Reimbursement Specialist? You'll be:
  • Performing out-of-pocket expense reimbursement reconciliation activities for eligible patients and caregivers, ensuring accurate tracking in Salesforce.
  • Conducting outbound calls to resolve discrepancies and request missing receipts, while escalating issues to the Patient Support Specialist as necessary.
  • Collaborating with the Patient Support Specialist and Patient Support Eligibility Specialist teams to manage and support patient reimbursement cases effectively. This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
  • Have a strong background in customer service or reimbursement support, with a demonstrated ability to manage complex cases.
  • Possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and can work efficiently in a remote environment.
  • Are familiar with Salesforce or similar CRM systems, and have a solid understanding of HIPAA policies regarding patient privacy.
