Job Description

Outside Enrollment Advisor In-Person | Field-Based | Career-Focused Admissions Role Be Hired Now partners with career-focused training organizations to help individuals take real steps toward stable, meaningful careers. This role is about guidance, clarity, and trust not pressure or scripts. We are hiring an Outside Enrollment Advisor who excels in face-to-face conversations and can confidently guide prospective students through an important life decision. What This Role Is Really About This is not transactional sales. You will meet prospective students in person, often in their homes, and help them understand their options, overcome hesitation, and move forward with confidence. Your role is to listen first, ask thoughtful questions, and help people see what is possible when they commit to change. Enrollment happens when trust, clarity, and timing align. You guide that process. What You'll Do Attend scheduled in-person appointments with prospective students Conduct consultative, one-on-one conversations Learn each individual's background, goals, and concerns Address objections around timing, finances, confidence, and fear Read body language and adapt your approach in real time Follow a daily schedule finalized the day prior based on appointment volume Occasionally meet in public locations (coffee shops), though most appointments are in-home Schedule Expectations (Please Read Carefully) This role requires flexibility and open availability. Appointments typically fall between 9:00 AM
  • 7:00 PM Daily schedules vary based on student availability Friday / Saturday rotation When working Saturday (9:00 AM
  • 1:00 PM, last appointment), Friday usually ends by 1:00 PM Lighter weeks may include Friday appointments as late as 5:30 PM Compensation & Benefits Base salary: $55,000
  • $60,000 (higher for experienced advisors) $675/month auto stipend in addition to base pay Paid training and onboarding Mileage-efficient territory planning Health insurance Dental insurance Vision insurance Paid time off Ideal Background Experience in outside sales, admissions, consultative sales, or relationship-based roles Strong communication and emotional intelligence Comfortable leading in-person, sometimes emotional conversations Ability to challenge objections respectfully and confidently Reliable vehicle and clean driving record Passion for helping people improve their lives Education, training, or workforce development experience is a plus, not required.
