Sales & Experience Manager (Part-Time) Thrive Creative Arts | Mechanicsville, VA (Hybrid) Flexible Schedule, Approx. 25 hours Base Pay + Commission + Quarterly Bonuses Target earnings for successful team members are approximately $50,000+ annually through a combination of base pay, commissions, and bonuses. No cap on commission earnings. This is not a customer service role. This is a sales and growth role for someone who enjoys building relationships, helping people make decisions, and being rewarded for results. About the Role Your primary responsibility is simple: Grow enrollment. You will own the process of turning interested families into enrolled families while helping current families continue their Thrive journey. You'll be responsible for: Enrollment conversations Trial follow-up Re-enrollment campaigns Referral generation Community partnerships Lead management Revenue growth You'll also lead the Enrollment & Parent Experience function, including front desk operations, lead follow-up systems, parent communication standards, and support for the Parent Experience Coordinator. Who We're Looking For This role is for someone who loves helping people say "yes." You've likely: Worked in sales, admissions, enrollment, membership sales, business development, customer success, or account management Consistently hit or exceeded goals Been responsible for growing revenue, memberships, enrollments, or client relationships Enjoyed guiding people toward decisions that improve their lives Followed up when others gave up You naturally: Take ownership of results Follow through relentlessly Build trust quickly Ask for commitment confidently Enjoy working toward goals Bring positive energy to the people around you Experience with leadership, team management, marketing, social media, or community engagement is a plus, but not required. What You'll Own New student enrollments Re-enrollment performance Enrollment conversion rates Referral growth Community partnerships Parent experience outcomes Front desk and enrollment team leadership Oversee the marketing calendar and align campaigns with enrollment goals Partner with marketing on offerings, audiences, messaging, lead flow, and follow-up Your success will be measured by: Enrollment growth Conversion rates Re-enrollment rates Referral activity Parent satisfaction Team performance Marketing-to-sales alignment and campaign follow-through What This Role Is NOT This is

Consistently achieving enrollment goals Increasing re-enrollment rates Building a reliable referral pipeline Creating strong relationships with families and community partners Developing a high-performing Enrollment & Parent Experience team Helping Thrive reach its next stage of growth Compensation & Schedule Compensation Starting base pay of $17/hour Competitive commission structure Quarterly performance bonuses No cap on commission earnings Schedule Part-time Hybrid position (combination of in-studio and remote work) Flexible schedule Some evening and weekend activities throughout the year, but not regularly required Growth Opportunity We're building something special.
