- Position Summary
- CVS Health Prescription Records team serves as the sole managing interface for CVS Retails' legal, subpoena, regulatory, attorney, patient and third-party record demands for patient and prescriber prescription records.

Shift:
- Monday-Friday 8:30-5:00 PM EST +
Hybrid:
- Must be able to work 2 days a week in the Cumberland, RI office. (Thursday are mandatory) +
Training Schedule:
- First 2 weeks training fully onsite in Cumberland following the regular schedule of 8:30-5:00 PM EST
- What you will do
- + Work in a high volume, production oriented, time sensitive Call Center environment.
- Required Qualifications
- + Must be able to work 2 days a week in the Cumberland, RI office. + 1 to 2 years of experience working in a Call Center or Customer Service Environment where a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail are required. + 1 to 2 years of experience working with
- sensitive information and/or HIPAA
- . + Must be able to function well in a professional team environment. + Ability to handle inquiries, and exercise good judgment and apply critical thinking skills to solve problems. + Proficiency in data entry, Microsoft Word and Excel, Microsoft Outlook and the ability to master other related department applications.
- Preferred Qualifications
- + Strong organization skills, ability to multi-task, prioritize work, maintain flexibility, and manage expectations while meeting scheduled deadlines. + Associates degree or equivalent certificate. + Prior Patient Prescription Records experience. + Legal or paralegal experience.
- Education
- + High School diploma or equivalent experience required.
- Anticipated Weekly Hours
- 40 •Time Type•Full time •Pay Range•The typical pay range for this role is: $17.
