Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented Eligibility Processor for a contract opportunity in Columbia, SC. As an Eligibility Processor, you will review applications, verify eligibility information, manage case documentation, and help ensure accurate and timely processing. Key Responsibilities
- Review program applications and supporting documentation for completeness and accuracy.
- Research and verify eligibility factors, including income, resources, disability information, and household composition.
- Request, track, and follow up on missing documentation with applicants and partner agencies.
- Maintain detailed case notes and accurate documentation in multiple computer systems.
- Process eligibility determinations in accordance with established policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with agencies involved in disability determinations and supporting documentation while maintaining confidentiality. Compensation and Benefits
