This role is ideal for dependable individuals who can manage detailed work, learn complex processes, and maintain accuracy. Columbia, SC (Onsite) $15/hour
Full-Time:
Monday-Friday Key Responsibilities Process applications, renewals, and case updates Review and verify information from applicants and third parties Use internal systems to document and manage case activity Follow established policies and procedures for eligibility decisions Communicate with stakeholders to obtain missing information Resolve discrepancies and escalate issues when necessary Maintain accurate and organized case records Training 5-7 weeks of classroom-style training Covers multiple program processes and systems Final week includes hands-on experience Limited time off allowed during training (max ~3 days) Ongoing support provided after training Expect ~3 months to become fully proficient Requirements Strong reliability and attendance Ability to learn multiple systems and processes quickly Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills Effective communication skills Professional and team-oriented mindset Preferred Customer service or administrative experience Experience working with case management or eligibility systems Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel Ideal Candidate Dependable and punctual Comfortable in structured, high-volume environments Able to handle detailed, repetitive tasks with accuracy Quick learner who can manage complex information
