Job Description
Responsible for SRH and SMG enrollment processes that are required for successful claims adjudication for all services rendered by providers, practices and facility locations. Maintain provider databases used for enrollment. Must be well organized with a strong attention to detail. Exercise considerable independent latitude within general guidelines. Associates Required, Bachelor's Preferred.
