Posting Text This position supports the university's enrollment marketing and recruitment efforts by assisting with the development and distribution of marketing materials and maintaining admissions-related website content. The role works closely with the Enrollment Marketing and Admissions teams to ensure prospective undergraduate, graduate, online and international students receive clear, accurate and engaging information about university programs and services. Key responsibilities include assisting in the creation and editing of promotional materials such as brochures, newsletters and flyers; proofreading content to ensure accuracy and alignment with university branding; and helping implement marketing strategies that support student recruitment. This role will place a greater emphasis on marketing materials and campaigns supporting graduate and international student recruitment, therefore experience with graduate-level audiences, international recruitment or related marketing initiatives is preferred. The position also collaborates with campus departments to gather current information and coordinate messaging across multiple platforms. Additionally, this role supports updates to admissions web pages by submitting content requests, reviewing pages for outdated information or broken links and recommending improvements to page content and layout. The position works under the guidance of Enrollment Marketing leadership to ensure all materials and updates follow university standards and branding guidelines. This role requires strong written communication, attention to detail and the ability to collaborate effectively across departments to support the university's enrollment marketing initiatives. Relevant experience supporting graduate and/or international student recruitment marketing is preferred. Posting Date 06/12/2026
