Hours:
Monday-Friday, 37.5 hours/week (7.5 hours/day)

$20/hr all-inclusive

10 Local candidates only (must be able to commute to Great Circle Rd., Nashville, TN as needed) Overview We are seeking multiple bilingual Health Program Specialists to support managed care operations. The ideal candidates will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and experience with eligibility determination, case management, or legal/paralegal support. This hybrid role requires attendance at training (up to 6 weeks) and occasional on-site work per team needs. Key Responsibilities Determine individual and family eligibility for managed care programs using established policies and systems. Conduct client interviews, collect and verify information, and document case details accurately. Manage casework timely and thoroughly, ensuring proper documentation, case resolution, and follow-up. Coordinate schedules and communications with internal teams, external providers, and stakeholders. Prepare and draft documents, perform legal research and analysis when required, and summarize findings for attorneys or supervisors. Extract and analyze information using multiple databases and maintain accurate records. Participate in team meetings, contribute to process improvement discussions, and assist leadership as needed. Required Qualifications Associate or Bachelor's degree. Bilingual fluency (Spanish preferred) — verbal and written. Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and SharePoint. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong time management, prioritization, and organizational skills. High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines with minimal supervision. Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities. Preferred Qualifications Paralegal studies or legal environment experience. Customer service or call center experience. Experience with Medicaid, TennCare, eligibility determination, or managed care programs.
Pay:
