Bilingual Personal Injury Intake Specialist

We are looking for a

ROCKSTAR

who is compassionate, empathetic, and loves helping injured victims of car and truck wrecks! We are a personal injury law firm in Arlington Texas that takes pride in providing the best representation to our clients and BEST work environment in the legal industry.

Intake Specialist Duties:

Answer incoming calls from potential clients who have been injured in a car or truck wreck to determine if our firm can assist them with their legal matter. Entering all potential client calls into our database. Communicate with all potential clients gathering pertinent information, while being empathetic to their circumstances. Complete all assigned tasks. Data entry into Lead Docket and Filevine. Send fee agreements to potential clients. Rank incoming cases. Enter all referral sources. Serve as a contact to client prior to being assigned to their handling case manager.

Qualifications:

English/Spanish Speaking (required) Strong knowledge of legal terminology, procedures, and documentation Previous experience in personal injury Goal oriented, MUST
