Responsibilities include : Reviewing applicant files to determine if a household is income qualified to live at an affordable community. Work closely with the on-site staff to accomplish each task.

Job Requirements:

Minimum of 4-6 years of experience with the knowledge of affordable multi-family property management Compliance adherence and the affordable application process. Possess strong working knowledge of tax credit compliance, including knowledge and understanding of the

HUD 4350.3.

Property Management experience working on a tax credit or Project-based Section 8 Property would be a plus. Excellent oral and written communication skills are mandatory Proficient in Microsoft Word and Outlook is required. Possess strong communication skills, be detail oriented and possess a strong mathematical ability.
