Fellowship:
The Enrollment Management Fellow will work closely with the Director of Enrollment Management and the enrollment team to support all aspects of the admission and enrollment process. Throughout the fellowship, you'll receive mentorship, professional development, and meaningful opportunities to contribute to strategic enrollment initiatives while developing valuable skills in admissions, event planning, customer service, data management, and school operations.
What You'll Do:
As the Enrollment Management Fellow, you will: Serve as a welcoming ambassador for River Oaks Baptist School, communicating the school's mission and the value of a ROBS education to prospective families. Process applications and maintain applicant records throughout the admissions cycle. Respond professionally to phone calls, emails, and admission inquiries. Assist with admission interviews, campus tours, and family visit experiences. Help coordinate and execute admission events, including Open Houses, testing days, tours, and new family programs. Maintain applicant and enrollment records within the school's Blackbaud database. Support data entry, document processing, database maintenance, and enrollment reporting. Assist with enrollment and re-enrollment processes for new and returning families. Collaborate with faculty and staff across departments on enrollment-related initiatives. Participate in Advancement Council and departmental meetings. Support the Director of Enrollment Management with ongoing projects and daily operations. Assist with campus responsibilities such as carpool, lunch, and reception coverage as needed. Participate in professional development opportunities throughout the fellowship year.
What We're Looking For:
A bachelor's degree Strong interpersonal, customer service, and communication skills Excellent organization and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining confidentiality Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Blackbaud experience is a plus but not required) Interest in education, admissions, enrollment management, nonprofit administration, or related fields Professional experience working with children, schools, camps, customer service, admissions, or nonprofit organizations is preferred

Schedule:
This is a full-time, on-campus, one-year fellowship. Approximately 7:45 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. on school days Occasional evenings and weekends required for admission events and school programs
