Job Description
South Plains Community Action has an immediate Part-time position available for a Housing Choice Voucher Admissions Specialist within the Housing Division in Levelland Texas. Responsibilities include performing a variety of tasks in determining the initial and continued eligibility of participant families; annual and interim re-certifications, Briefings, counseling with families to promote self-sufficiency; coordinating and conducting Housing Quality Standards (HQS) inspections with owners and landlords; mediating and resolving tenant and landlord conflicts; entering data and managing the housing database software program.
