Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused AT&T Enrollment Associate to drive wireless customer acquisition and enrollment efforts on behalf of AT&T. In this frontline sales position, you will engage directly with customers, helping them explore and enroll in specialized AT&T wireless plans that best fit their needs. As an AT&T Enrollment Associate, you will work one-on-one with customers to assess their wireless service requirements, recommend suitable devices and service plans, and guide them through the enrollment and activation process. The AT&T Enrollment Associate role requires a consultative approach to sales, ensuring customers receive personalized solutions and exceptional service. The ideal AT&T Enrollment Associate will educate customers on available devices, data plans, upgrades, and promotional offers while facilitating accurate and seamless transactions. From addressing customer questions and overcoming objections to processing activations and completing enrollment paperwork, you will play a key role in delivering a positive customer experience. AT&T Enrollment Associate Responsibilities Promote and sell AT&T wireless services through direct customer interactions. Collaborate with internal teams to increase sales of AT&T wireless products and bundled service offerings. Manage the customer enrollment process from initial inquiry through final activation. Address customer concerns regarding pricing by presenting value-driven solutions tailored to their needs. Identify opportunities to cross-sell additional products and services within existing customer accounts. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of AT&T products, wireless services, promotions, upgrades, and enrollment procedures. Provide exceptional customer service while ensuring accuracy throughout the enrollment experience. AT&T Enrollment Associate Qualifications English and Spanish are required. Previous experience in customer service, sales, retail, or a related field preferred. Strong problem-solving abilities and resilience in a fast-paced environment. Interest in wireless technology, telecommunications, sales, or customer enrollment services. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first mindset. Effective time management and organizational abilities. High attention to detail when managing customer accounts, enrollments, and service activations. Fluency in Spanish is required for the AT&T Enrollment Associate role. The ability to confidently communicate in both Spanish and English is essential for building trust, delivering personalized recommendations, and ensuring every customer receives a seamless and positive experience.
