As a Bilingual Enrollment Specialist, you'll work directly with the community, making technology simple, accessible, and easy to understand in both English and Spanish. What You'll Do - Bilingual Enrollment Specialist Represent AT&T through in-person customer engagement in local communities Educate customers on wireless plans, devices, and current promotions in both English and Spanish Guide customers through enrollments, activations, and service updates from start to finish Build trust and rapport through professional, face-to-face interactions Identify customer needs and recommend tailored solutions Consistently meet or exceed individual and team performance goals Stay informed on AT&T products, services, and promotional offerings Maintain a polished, professional presence in all interactions Why You're a Great Fit - Bilingual Enrollment Specialist Proficient in English and Spanish Strong communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team Previous experience in customer service, sales, or community engagement is preferred but not required Experience in customer service, retail, or hospitality is a huge plus.
