Credentialing Specialist

Job Summary Our client is seeking a Credentialing Specialist responsible for managing the documentation necessary to submit for all payors to get the provider linked and associated with the organization. This includes making calls to check the status of pending applications and initiating the application process for those providers pending. The position handles a volume of 7-10 applications daily. Key Responsibilities Obtain all required documentation necessary for provider credentialing. Check status of pending applications through follow-up calls. Initiate application process for pending providers. Handle 7-10 applications daily. Qualifications Experience credentialing providers (2+ years preferred). Must be tech-savvy. Experience with Salesforce, Availity, CAQH, and/or SharePoint. Preferred experience in RBT & BCBA and ABA. Skills Proficiency with Salesforce, Availity, CAQH, and SharePoint. Technical aptitude with software and online platforms. Additional Requirements Onsite M-F during regular business hours with approximately a 90-day contract with the possibility of extension and permanent conversation for someone they love!
