Full Job Description Enrollment Representative Location:
Murray, UT Full-Time | Monday-Friday | 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Why Join Us? EMI Health is looking for an Enrollment Representative to join our team. In this role, you'll help keep enrollment information accurate, support members and groups, and make sure important account updates are processed correctly. This is a great fit for someone who enjoys detail-oriented work, solving problems, and being part of a supportive team. What You'll Do Review enrollment applications to make sure information is complete and accurate Enter new enrollments, cancellations, changes, and electronic files, including 834 files Process updates such as additions, dis-enrollments, address changes, and COB information Answer phone calls and emails related to enrollment questions and account updates Work with group contacts to resolve missing information and enrollment issues Complete tasks related to enrollment reports, reconciliations, and Outlook requests Assist with premium billing and payment reconciliation Support monthly open enrollment activities for assigned groups Help with special projects such as new group setup, billing reports, and system testing Share ideas that improve team processes and daily workflow What We're Looking For High school diploma or GED required Related experience in data entry, customer service, insurance, benefits administration, or office support preferred Comfortable using Microsoft Word, Excel, and learning internal systems Strong keyboarding and 10-key data entry skills Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage deadlines Clear communicator with strong problem-solving skills Able to work independently and as part of a team Why You'll Love It Here Paid medical and dental coverage for employees PTO and paid holidays Vision, life, and disability benefits Retirement savings options Onsite fitness center Subsidized mass transit pass EMI Health is an equal opportunity employer as defined by the EEOC.Similar remote jobs
