Job Description

Richmond Telecommunications Services is a sales and development firm looking for a full-time Customer Enrollment Associate in Richmond who enjoys helping customers save by bundling. You'll build an enrollment pipeline one conversation at a time, track your enrollment results, and earn commissions for every sale you close. The Customer Enrollment Associate's success is tied to their ability to make complex things simple. As a Customer Enrollment Associate, you will help our customers unlock major savings by enrolling in Verizon FiOS or 5G Home Wireless. The Customer Enrollment Associate guides consumers through the enrollment process, showcasing how Verizon FiOS pure fiber-optic internet and 5G Home Wireless solutions deliver uninterrupted streaming and crystal-clear communication. Responsibilities of the Customer Enrollment Associate Approach customers by presenting Verizon FiOS and Verizon wireless solutions, turning customer interactions into productive enrollment and customer acquisition opportunities. Deliver easy-to-understand explanations of internet reliability and wireless flexibility that keep customers engaged throughout the enrollment process. Evaluate customer usage patterns and recommend tailored solutions that strengthen both enrollment accuracy and overall customer support impact. Handle enrollment steps with care, ensuring all customer details are captured correctly to support smooth, enrollment-backed activations. Follow up with newly enrolled customers to verify satisfaction, reinforce trust, and open the door for additional enrollment opportunities. Drive consistent results by balancing high-quality enrollment with steady, goal-oriented customer support activity. Qualifications of an Customer Enrollment Associate A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not mandatory. Experience in customer support or customer enrollment is a plus, but not required. Organized and self-motivated in managing daily enrollment activity. Problem-solver who keeps the enrollment process moving smoothly. Positive attitude that supports consistent enrollment and customer acquisition performance.
Pay:
$40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
