We're looking for a motivated Sales Enrollment Associate who enjoys working with people, thrives in a face-to-face environment, and wants to build valuable skills in sales, communication, and customer engagement. As a Sales Enrollment Associate, you'll meet with prospective customers in person throughout assigned communities to introduce Verizon wireless products, answer questions, recommend solutions based on their needs, and guide them through the enrollment process. This entry-level opportunity includes hands-on training, ongoing mentorship, and a clear path for career advancement based on performance. Sales Enrollment Associate Responsibilities Meet with prospective customers face-to-face to educate them on Verizon wireless products, devices, plans, and promotions. Build relationships through professional, consultative conversations that focus on understanding each customer's needs. Guide customers through the enrollment process while ensuring accuracy and a positive customer experience. Stay informed on current wireless products, promotions, and service offerings to confidently answer customer questions. Accurately complete enrollment documentation and maintain customer records. Participate in daily training sessions to strengthen communication, sales, and customer engagement skills. Collaborate with teammates to achieve individual and team sales goals while developing leadership potential. Sales Enrollment Associate Qualifications High school diploma or GED required. Previous experience in customer service, sales, hospitality, or another customer-facing role is preferred but not required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Comfortable working in an in-person, customer-facing environment. Self-motivated, coachable, and goal-oriented. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Desire to grow professionally into leadership and management opportunities.
Pay:
$45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
