General Description:
The Enrollment Specialist reports to the Director of Advancement and serves collaboratively with school leadership, faculty, staff, and other departments as needed to support the admissions and enrollment process. The Enrollment Specialist serves as the primary point of contact for prospective families, guiding them from initial inquiry through application, decision, and enrollment. This role communicates the mission, vision, and culture of Seattle Christian School with clarity, warmth, and professionalism while also supporting reenrollment for returning families.

Employee Handbook Role Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree (or comparable experience) Minimum of two years of experience in admissions, customer service, education, sales, hospitality, or a related field preferred Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills Ability to build positive relationships with prospective families and represent the mission and culture of Seattle Christian School Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidential records Competence in database management systems such as FACTS and Rediker and Microsoft Office applications
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary relationship manager for prospective families, delivering excellent hospitality and customer service throughout the admissions process while representing the school's mission, values, and culture. Guide families through the full admissions journey from inquiry to final decision, building and maintaining strong relationships along the way. Oversee and manage the full admissions process, including applications, interviews, assessments, and required documentation. Coordinate campus tours, student visits, information sessions, and other admissions-related activities. Plan and execute admissions and enrollment events, including open houses and family engagement opportunities (i.e.; Warrior for a Day, Kindergarten Round-Up, and other prospective family experiences). Maintain admissions systems and databases, ensuring accurate records and timely communication throughout the enrollment cycle. Track applicant progress and manage workflows to ensure a seamless and organized experience. Administer and process referrals and related program incentives. Prepare admissions files, enrollment reports, and applicant data to support decision-making and strategic planning. Track, analyze, and communicate admissions data to leadership, including applicant status and withdrawals. Assist in developing and maintaining admissions procedures, forms, and application materials. Lead and manage the reenrollment process in coordination with internal stakeholders. Collaborate closely with leadership, faculty, and staff to support admissions and enrollment goals. Partner with academic, finance, marketing, and technology teams to ensure a cohesive and mission-aligned admissions experience. Support cross-department initiatives and provide hospitality for school-wide events as needed.
