About the role This role serves as a high-ownership support partner to the CEO, focused on managing priorities, communication, scheduling, coordination, and follow-through across a fast-moving environment. The Executive Assistant will help create structure, organization, and operational support that allows the CEO to stay focused on high-impact work and strategic priorities. You will be expected to operate with strong judgment, professionalism, discretion, and proactive communication while managing multiple responsibilities with a high level of ownership and follow-through. Success in this role comes down to organization, prioritization, attention to detail, adaptability, and the ability to anticipate needs before they become distractions. What you'll do Manage the CEO's calendar, scheduling, and day-to-day coordination Communicate clearly with internal teams and external stakeholders Manage multiple priorities while maintaining strong attention to detail Track follow-through and ensure priorities and next steps are completed Support meeting coordination, communication, and operational organization as needed Qualifications Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities Clear and professional communication skills High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail Ability to problem-solve and operate independently Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Strong follow-through and ability to adapt to shifting priorities The pay range for this role is: 57,000 - 76,000 USD per year(US National)
