Job Description

About the Role Bryce Richardson is a fast-moving, relationship-driven commercial broker focused exclusively on office, retail, and industrial, and multi-family properties across Central Arkansas. We currently manage 10-20 active deals and a growing pipeline — and we need someone in the office who can own the operational side of the business so the broker can stay focused on clients and closing. This is not a passive administrative role. You will touch every deal in some form — coordinating paperwork, managing listings, preparing for client meetings, building marketing materials, and keeping our CRM accurate and current. You will be trusted with real responsibility from day one. What You'll Do Your day-to-day will span four main areas: Coordinate transaction files — prepare and route documents for signatures, track deadlines across active contracts, follow up with title companies, attorneys, and lenders, and ensure every deal moves forward without the broker chasing paperwork. Manage property listings — build and maintain listings on LoopNet and Crexi, pull property data from county records, write listing descriptions, upload photos, and keep all listing information accurate and current. Prepare meeting and presentation materials — research properties and prospects before client meetings, pull county record data and market comps, and assemble clean one-page deal briefs and property presentations. Design marketing flyers — create professional property marketing flyers using Canva templates, format for both print and digital distribution, and resize assets for social media and listing platforms. Manage GoHighLevel CRM — log new contacts, update deal stages, enter call and meeting notes, maintain a clean pipeline, and generate weekly activity summaries for the broker. Handle scheduling — coordinate appointments with clients, inspectors, and contractors; manage calendar logistics in Microsoft Outlook; send confirmations and day-before reminders. Support outreach campaigns — help build targeted prospect lists from county records, import contacts into GoHighLevel, and assist in loading email and text sequences for owner outreach. Run errands and handle logistics — retrieve documents, drop off materials, coordinate access for property inspections, and handle miscellaneous field tasks as deals require. What We're Looking For We are not necessarily looking for someone with a real estate background — we are looking for someone sharp, organized, and hungry to learn.
The right person will have:
Strong organizational skills — you can manage multiple open tasks across multiple deals without things falling through the cracks Creative ability — you are comfortable in Canva or similar design tools and can produce polished, professional-looking materials Tech comfort — you learn new software quickly and are not intimidated by CRM platforms, listing portals, or productivity tools Clear written communication — your emails and notes are clean, professional, and accurate Reliability and discretion — you show up, follow through, and understand that you will be handling confidential deal information A willingness to wear multiple hats — some days are design-focused, some are logistics-focused, some are both Nice to Have Prior experience in real estate, title, mortgage, or a related field Familiarity with LoopNet, Crexi, or GoHighLevel Experience coordinating contracts or transaction files Currently pursuing or holding an Arkansas real estate license What You Can Expect From Us Direct access to and mentorship from the broker on every deal A front-row seat to commercial real estate transactions — how deals are sourced, structured, and closed Real responsibility from day one — this is not a coffee-and-copies role A path to grow with the firm as it scales
Pay:
$36,000.00 - $42,000.00 per year
