Job Description

JOB SUMMARY
This role serves as an executive assistant for the CEO and Executive Management Team.
JOB DUTIES AND ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Responsible for administrative support to the CEO and Executive Management Team. Manage the CEO's calendar by scheduling and coordinating meetings and travel arrangements. Facilitate Board, EMT, leadership, management and all employee meetings including the preparation of necessary resources, definition of the agenda, compiling all appropriate documentation, and tracking / follow up of open issues. Manage monthly executive reports, financial reviews, scorecards and other key performance indicators. Improve CEO efficiency by reading, researching, and routing correspondence; drafting communication and documents; collecting and analyzing information; initiating telecommunications. Lead continuous improvement and/or new process development projects as assigned by the Executive Management Team. Publish the Metal Edge (company newsletter) 3-4 times per year. Oversee the corporate Giving Back committee including the management of the annual budget, development of community outreach strategies and alignment with associated organizations, validation of projects and expenses, manage internal and external communication regarding activities, and track program performance metrics. Oversee the Chaplaincy program including the implementation into new sites. Interface with Corporate Chaplains of America on any necessary issues and monitor the effectiveness of the program. Execute strategies to promote a positive work environment and maintain high morale. Coordinate the site family events such as Christmas party, family picnic, etc. Requires business travel of 2-3 days per quarter on average.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor Degree in related field and five years of relevant work experience, or equivalent combination of Commitment to the company

Able to assess situations, identify causes, develop solutions and systemically implement. Computer skills are required including proficiency in Microsoft Office products. Energetic and enthusiastic with a servant leadership approach.
