Job Description

Likes challenges and not afraid to think outside the box. Must be proficient with Gmail, and all things google. Must have a heart for service. Must be organized, detail oriented, friendly, have a heart for service, able to multi task, self motivated and AI proficient.
Examples of Job Tasks:
  • Data Tracking (New Listings, Referrals, Leads, Buyers, etc.)
  • Material prep for listing/buyer appointments
  • Calendar Managing
  • Event planning/managing
  • Updating Database
  • Managing Email
  • Managing Google Drive and keeping it up to date
  • Handle daily office management
  • Meeting preparation/task coordinator
