This is a temp to hire opportunity for a polished professional who thrives in a fast-paced corporate environment and enjoys partnering closely with executive leadership. The ideal candidate will have prior experience supporting C-Suite executives, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to manage highly confidential information with professionalism and discretion. This role is fully onsite, Monday-Friday and is compensation between $75,000-$85,000. Responsibilities Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CHRO and assist with daily executive operations. Manage a complex calendar, coordinate meetings, and prioritize scheduling demands. Arrange travel, prepare itineraries, and process expense reports. Prepare executive presentations, reports, correspondence, and meeting materials. Coordinate leadership meetings, HR initiatives, and special projects. Serve as a liaison between executive leadership, internal departments, and external partners. Track project deadlines, action items, and follow-up communications. Maintain confidential personnel and organizational information with the highest level of discretion. Assist with executive communications, board materials, and strategic initiatives. Anticipate executive needs and proactively resolve administrative challenges. Qualifications Bachelor Degree preferred! 3+ years of Executive Assistant experience supporting senior executives or C-Suite leadership. Experience supporting Human Resources executives is highly preferred. Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Exceptional organizational, multitasking, and time-management abilities. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information. Professional demeanor with outstanding interpersonal skills. Ability to work fully onsite Monday through Friday in East Phoenix. Preferred Experience Previous support of a
CHRO, VP

Pay Details:
