At Kolbe Corp, we help people understand their unique strengths and use those strengths to improve their lives. Our CEO and President care about that mission and need a top-notch Executive Assistant to help them achieve it. We want an administrative professional with a passion for helping others shine. A Kolbe Executive Assistant should be focused on taking great ideas and working hard to make them happen. Let's paint a clearer picture of who will thrive in our Executive Assistant role: An entrepreneurial facilitator. You thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment. When a great idea emerges, you're ready to help make it come to life. You're at your best when no two days look the same, but you want every day to be a day you truly helped someone. A wizard when it comes to organizing. You've got a system for everything, and you've been known to create spreadsheets to keep track of your spreadsheets. You're a conqueror of calendars, a master of systems. That person who always anticipates needs. You proactively learn the preferences of our leaders and plan against potential roadblocks and consistently set others up for success. You anticipate needs before issues arise and love to be one step ahead. A technologically savvy team player. You don't have to be the tech department (we have one of those), but you usually know what you're doing when it comes to technology and when you don't, you're good at figuring it out. Someone with a servant's heart and a manager's mind. Your focus is to make the team succeed. That can mean everything from managing key projects to office tasks like creating a 5-Star experience for in-office meetings. You love to make others look good, know how to get things done, and are mission-driven, just like us.
