This role will be responsible for managing administrative functions, coordinating projects, processing invoices and payments, maintaining records, and serving as a key point of communication between customers, vendors, contractors, and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Process invoices, checks, and payment records Maintain accurate data, files, contracts, permits, and compliance documentation Coordinate project schedules, installations, inspections, and contractor activities Track project progress and provide updates to leadership Prepare reports, correspondence, and project documentation Assist with budgeting, purchase orders, and expense tracking Manage customer, vendor, and contractor communications Provide administrative support, customer service, and special project assistance
Qualifications:
2+ years of administrative, office management, or project coordination experience Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Experience with accounts payable, invoicing, bookkeeping, or payment processing preferred Experience in manufactured housing, construction, property management, or real estate is a plus
