Executive Assistant Location:
Scottsdale, AZ (On-Site) An established and growing organization is seeking a polished, resourceful Sr. Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to a senior executive. This role goes far beyond traditional administrative support and requires someone who can serve as a strategic liaison, manage competing priorities, and help drive key initiatives forward. The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized, and confident working with executive leadership, board members, investors, clients, and other external stakeholders. Success in this position requires strong business judgment, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to anticipate needs before they arise. Key Responsibilities Executive Support & Strategic Coordination Act as a key partner to the executive, helping manage daily priorities and long-term objectives Monitor ongoing projects, commitments, and action items to ensure timely completion Coordinate follow-up activities with clients, business partners, and internal stakeholders Maintain accurate records of executive interactions and relationship management activities Support execution of business initiatives through organization, communication, and accountability Calendar & Priority Management Own and manage a complex executive calendar Evaluate meeting requests and align scheduling with organizational priorities Protect executive bandwidth by ensuring time is focused on the highest-impact activities Prepare briefing materials and relevant background information in advance of meetings Anticipate scheduling conflicts and proactively identify solutions Executive Communications Manage incoming communications and determine appropriate responses or escalation paths Draft correspondence, prepare summaries, and provide concise updates on important matters Ensure information is communicated effectively between the executive and key stakeholders Maintain professionalism and confidentiality in all interactions Travel & Event Coordination Arrange domestic and international travel, accommodations, and transportation Develop detailed travel schedules and supporting materials Coordinate logistics for executive meetings and special events Resolve travel or scheduling issues quickly and efficiently when they arise Qualifications Significant experience supporting a senior executive, business owner, or C-suite leader Demonstrated ability to operate independently and make sound decisions Strong business awareness and executive-level professionalism Experience managing follow-up activities, relationship tracking, or CRM systems Outstanding organizational, planning, and prioritization skills Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities Strong written and verbal communication skills High emotional intelligence with the ability to build credibility across all levels of an organization Comfortable balancing structure with flexibility as business needs evolve Personal Characteristics Maintains the highest level of confidentiality and discretion Naturally proactive and solutions-oriented Composed and effective under pressure Strong intuition regarding people, priorities, and business relationships Reliable, responsive, and accountable Takes ownership and follows through on commitments This position is fully on-site in Scottsdale, Arizona and offers the opportunity to work closely with a dynamic executive in a highly visible role.
Compensation:
$85,000-$110,000 DOE plus comprehensive benefits package. #RPGIND1
