$37 - $45 per hour About the Role LHH is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide high?level administrative and strategic support our client's Chief Executive Officer. This confidential role partners closely with the CEO, Board of Directors, senior leadership, and external stakeholders, ensuring seamless operations, effective communication, and strong organizational execution. Key Responsibilities Manage complex calendars, scheduling, travel, and logistics for the CEO and Board Coordinate Board meetings, including agendas, materials, minutes, and compliance documentation Serve as a liaison between the CEO, Board, staff, and external partners Prepare reports, correspondence, presentations, and confidential documents Support agency events, workshops, and executive meetings Track budgets, expenses, purchase orders, and reimbursements Screen and manage sensitive communications and inquiries with discretion Qualifications Bachelor's degree in communications or a related field (or equivalent experience) Minimum of five years of executive?level administrative support experience Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite Strong organizational, project management, and written communication skills Proven ability to handle confidential matters with discretion and sound judgment Experience supporting senior executives and Boards preferred Equal Opportunity Employer/Veterans/Disabled To read our Candidate Privacy Information Statement, which explains how we will use your information, please navigate to https://www.lhh.com/us/en/candidate-privacy The Company will consider qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records in accordance with federal, state, and local laws and/or security clearance requirements, including, as applicable:
