$90,000 - $110,000 About the Opportunity A well-established, high-growth consumer brand headquartered in Beverly Hills is seeking a polished and proactive Executive Assistant to support a dynamic Technology and Digital leadership team. This is an exciting opportunity to join a collaborative, fast-paced environment and work closely with senior executives at a company that is a recognized leader in its industry. The Role Reporting to and supporting three Senior Vice Presidents within the Technology and Digital division, the Executive Assistant will serve as a trusted partner to a high-performing leadership team. The ideal candidate is highly organized, discreet, and thrives in a structured yet fast-moving environment. Responsibilities Manage and maintain complex calendars for three SVPs, including scheduling internal and external meetings, resolving conflicts, and anticipating needs proactively Coordinate domestic and international travel, including flights, hotels, ground transportation, and detailed itineraries Prepare and distribute reports, presentations, and meeting materials on behalf of the leadership team Serve as a point of contact for internal stakeholders and external partners, ensuring timely and professional communication Process and track expense reports and reconciliations Support team initiatives, special projects, and departmental priorities as needed Maintain organized filing systems, documentation, and records management Assist with event coordination, team offsites, and leadership meetings Qualifications 3+ years of Executive Assistant experience supporting senior-level leadership, ideally within a corporate or consumer brand environment Exceptional organizational and time management skills with a strong attention to detail Proficiency in Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Office Suite Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to handle confidential information with the utmost discretion A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to juggle multiple priorities seamlessly Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth company is a plus You can use WorkGrades to collect and manage your references for free and share them with us or anyone else you choose by visiting workgrades.com/home/candidate.
