Your responsibilities include:
Drafting and organizing e-mail/DMs Handling in- and outbound phone calls Managing scheduling and appointments Performing basic bookkeeping tasks Conducting market research Order office supplies, shipping and returns Creating spreadsheets, preparing presentations Incidental light housekeeping or errands Requirements and skills: Excellent verbal and written communications skills in English (more languages preferred) In-depth knowledge of Office software, strong computer skills Exemplary planning and time management skills Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills Driver's license Bachelor's degree In this job you'll be part of small, fast-growing company. You will work remote most of the time, we expect you to come into the office (WeWork Culver City) twice a week.
Pay:
$20.00 - $25.00 per hour
