Job Overview Personal Assistant / Executive Assistant / Administrative Assistant (Elk Grove Area) The Center for Integrative Healing is hiring! We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented, and proactive Personal Assistant / EA / Admin Assistant to support our busy and growing private practice in the Elk Grove area.

Key Responsibilities:

Running errands (mail pickups, purchasing office supplies, picking up items, etc.) Providing administrative and personal support as needed Assisting with day-to-day operations to keep things running smoothly

What We're Looking For:

Must be willing to drive at least 40 percent of the week and have reliable transportation Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills Trustworthy and professional (background check required) Self-starter with strong time management abilities Comfortable working in a diverse, culturally competent environment Previous experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or Administrative Assistant is a plus
