Executive Assistant to Financial Advisor In-person | Sacramento, CA | $30/hr |

Albert Financial is seeking a high-caliber Executive Assistant to serve as a trusted partner to a financial advisor in a growing private practice. This is a full-time, in-office role with a 90-day training period, designed for someone who takes pride in operating at a high level and wants to grow into a key role within the business.

This role sits at the center of the practice. You will help ensure clients receive a seamless, high-touch experience, while enabling the advisor to stay focused on high-value work. Your ability to stay organized, anticipate needs, and follow through will directly impact both the client experience and the growth of the firm.
The Role:
You will act as the right hand to the advisor, bringing structure, consistency, and polish to daily operations: Manage calendar, scheduling, and meeting logistics Oversee client onboarding, and ongoing communication Maintain CRM accuracy and operational organization Track priorities, deadlines, and open items Support client outreach and relationship management
Who You Are:
1-5+ years supporting an executive, founder, or high-performing professional Exceptionally organized with strong attention to detail Proactive, you anticipate needs and handle them without prompting Polished communicator (written, phone, and text) Comfortable with technology and systems (CRM, AI, scheduling tools, Microsoft Office) Professional, reliable, and client-focused Financial services experience is a plus
Growth:
This role is designed to evolve into a long-term position with increased compensation and ownership over operations and client management. Compensation $30/hour Full-time, in-person (Sacramento) First 90 days serve as a structured training and onboarding period
