Responsibilities Greet visitors, clients, and vendors warmly, providing outstanding customer service and ensuring a positive first impression. Assist Anand Desai with scheduling, calendar management, reminders, and daily administrative tasks Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism, directing calls accurately and courteously. Handle front desk duties including answering inquiries, scheduling appointments, and maintaining visitor logs. Perform data entry, filing, and document proofreading to ensure accuracy and organization of all office records. Handle mail, scanning, filing, and document organization Oversee office management tasks such as supply inventory, mail distribution, and maintaining cleanliness of common areas. Utilize computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and other relevant software to support administrative functions. Support personal assistant duties as needed, including travel arrangements and confidential correspondence. Maintain professionalism and confidentiality at all times Support staff and management with various administrative needs throughout the day Requirements Proven office experience with strong clerical and administrative skills. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Proficiency in computer literacy including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace, and data entry tools. Experience with multi-line phone systems, front desk operations, and office management procedures. Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client needs. Strong phone etiquette and customer support skills to handle inquiries professionally. Demonstrated time management skills with the ability to multitask efficiently under pressure.
