Executive Assistant
  • $175k
  • West LA Founder of thriving venture capital firm is seeking a sharp and sophisticated true right hand and trusted gatekeeper.
Applicants must have at least 5 years of senior level support experience (ideally CEO/Founder level) to be considered, ideally within finance or another fast-paced environment, and strong tenure/longevity in past roles. Traits for success include responsiveness, curiosity, a positive attitude, a proactive nature, and technical aptitude. Duties will involve managing heavy calendars, travel, expenses, emails, and communications plus some personal assistant support/projects. There will be light support to two other executives.
Please note:
  • This role is 24/7 on-call.
  • The current schedule is 4/1, but 5 days onsite will occasionally be required (could be required more often in the future).
